Elizabeth House is a detached house in the Herefordshire market town of Kington.On the ground floor is an open plan, light and bright living, dining and kitchen area.The kitchen is fully equipped.Upstairs are three bedrooms and a family bathroom.Master bedroom has a super king bed and fitted wardrobes.Bedroom 2 has bunk beds and also features a pull out bed to make another double.Bedroom 3 is a single.The family bathroom has bath, shower, sink and toilet.All recently refitted.
Outside in the back garden is a glass covered patio area with outdoor seating and built in barbecue.There is also a climbing frame and slide for the children to play on.
To the front there is a private driveway with parking for one vehicle.
